Advance Ply PF is IS 303 BWP grade plywood manufactured with E1 MPF BWP grade resin for strong waterproof bonding and long-term durability. Designed for exterior-use furniture and high-moisture interior applications, it provides reliable bonding strength while maintaining uniform panel performance.
PF is suitable for wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, furniture carcasses, partitions, doors, commercial furniture and interior projects where moisture resistance, strength and long service life are required. Its boiling water resistance of more than 200 hours makes it a dependable choice for applications exposed to humidity and occasional water contact.
Each PF sheet is manufactured using HVRT Technology and the HEXAPRO process with 4x hydraulic pressing for deep resin penetration and consistent bonding. The glue line is treated with anti-borer, termite and fungi chemicals, helping protect the plywood against decay, powder formation and insect attack.
Why Advance Ply PF Performs Differently?
E1 MPF
BWP Grade Resin
E1 MPF BWP grade resin provides strong waterproof bonding while supporting lower formaldehyde emission performance for safer indoor use.
IS 303
BWP Grade
IS 303 grade construction is designed for boiling water resistance and dependable use in exterior and high-humidity conditions.
4x
Hydraulic Pressing
Manufactured using the HEXAPRO process and 4x hydraulic pressing for improved strength, bonding and long panel life.
HVRT
Resin Technology
High Viscosity Resin Technology ensures deep resin penetration inside the core for strong bonding between plywood layers.
>200 Hours
Boiling Water Proof
Engineered to withstand boiling water proof for more than 200 hours, supporting long-term waterproofing performance.
GLP
Glue Line Protection
Glue line protection helps resist termite, borer and fungi attack while improving long-term durability of the plywood.
