Advance Door Tungsten is the fire retardant flush door in the Advance Door range, manufactured with 100% imported pine frames and battens for demanding interior, commercial and institutional openings. It is built as a 9 ply flush door on 3-core construction with shock resistance design, and is pressed four times under HEXAPRO technology.
Tungsten is 100% fire retardant, bonded with NAFRG nano alumina fire retardant glue and coated with NFGC nano flame guard coating for extra protection against fire. It is also 100% boiling water proof, and its vacuum pressure treatment covers fire as well as termites and borer.
All 7 layers are FBTT treated against fungus, borer and termites. Tungsten is made with E0 resin, which results in zero formaldehyde emission, and the shutter is IATC compliant for indoor air. Advance Door Tungsten is backed by a lifetime warranty.
