Advance Ply 710 Logo

Advance Ply 710 is IS 303 certified Boiling Water Resistant (BWR) grade plywood manufactured for semi-exterior furniture and interior areas exposed to humidity, temperature changes and occasional moisture. It is bonded with urea formaldehyde resin fortified with melamine, which improves moisture resistance and bonding stability.

Advance Ply 710 is suitable for modular kitchens, utility furniture, covered balconies, semi-exterior panels, wardrobes near damp walls and furniture used in humid regions. Its BWR grade performance helps the plywood resist boiling water exposure better than standard MR grade plywood while maintaining uniform strength across the panel.

Each sheet is manufactured using HVRT Technology and the HEXAPRO process with 4x hydraulic pressing for consistent bonding and density. Glue line protection helps resist termite, borer and fungus attack, while both-side calibration provides a smooth and uniform surface for accurate finishing and laminate application.

Our technology

Why Advance Ply 710 Performs Differently?

IS 303

BWR Grade

IS 303 certified BWR grade plywood designed for boiling water resistance and improved performance in humid interior and semi-exterior applications.

72 Hrs

Water Proof

Engineered to withstand extra water resistance up to 72 hours at 100°C, helping panels perform better under moisture and humidity exposure.

HVRT

Resin Technology

High Viscosity Resin Technology ensures deep penetration of resin inside the core, creating stronger bonding between veneer layers.

4x

Hydraulic Pressing

Manufactured using HEXAPRO process and 4x hydraulic pressing for improved density, bonding strength and long-term panel stability.

0.65

g/cm³ Density

Average density of 0.65 g/cm³ supports reliable strength, workability and performance for semi-exterior plywood applications.

GLP

Glue Line Protection

Glue line protection helps resist termite, borer and fungus attack while improving the service life of the plywood.

Where to use

Recommended Applications for Advance Ply 710

Modular kitchens

Suitable for kitchen cabinets, wall units and under-counter storage where occasional moisture and heat exposure are expected.

Utility Furniture

Recommended for utility room cabinets, service-area storage and furniture exposed to humidity or changing temperatures.

Covered Balconies

Useful for covered balcony storage and semi-exterior panels where the plywood is protected from direct rain exposure.

Humid Region Interiors

Suitable for interiors in humid regions where standard MR grade plywood may not provide adequate moisture resistance.

Wardrobes Near Damp Walls

A practical choice for wardrobes, storage cabinets and furniture placed near damp or external walls.

Semi-Exterior Panels

Recommended for protected semi-exterior applications requiring improved boiling water resistance and stable bonding.
