Advance Ply Block Board Palladium is a premium IS 1659 licensed block board manufactured with 100% imported pine frames and battens for doors, wardrobe shutters, partitions and architectural furniture. Its E1 BWP grade resin provides strong bonding with lower formaldehyde emission positioning for carefully planned residential and commercial interiors.
The product provides more than 100 hours of boiling water resistance and includes fire-retardant protection through Nano Flame Guard coating. All glue lines are treated against borers, termites and fungi, while the pine frames and battens receive Vacuum Pressure Treatment for protection throughout the core.
HEXAPRO Technology, HVRT resin penetration and four-times pressing support consistent bonding and panel stability. Both-side calibration gives uniform thickness for accurate cutting, laminate pasting and hardware fitting, while the 36-year warranty supports long-term use in demanding interior projects.
