Advance Door Gold is the boiling water proof flush door in the Advance Door range, manufactured with 100% imported pine frames and battens for interior and moisture-exposed openings. It is built as a 9 ply flush door on 3-core construction with shock resistance design, and is pressed four times under HEXAPRO technology.
Advance Door Gold is 100% boiling water proof and is made with E1 resin, which results in less formaldehyde emission. All 7 layers are FBTT treated against fungus, borer and termites, and the frames and battens are vacuum pressure treated against termites and borer under VPT treatment.
The shutter is supplied as a calibrated flush door with lock rail reinforcement on both sides. Under test condition it clears more than 8 end immersion cycles, MDST slam testing and heavy impact. Advance Door Gold is backed by a 35 year warranty.
