Advance Ply Block Board Tungsten is the highest-specification block board in the Advance Ply range, manufactured with 100% imported pine frames and battens for demanding furniture and architectural applications. It is IS 1659 licensed and bonded with E0 BWP grade resin, supporting zero formaldehyde emission and strong bonding for long-term interior use.
The board combines more than 200 hours of boiling water resistance with fire-retardant performance created through Vacuum Pressure Treatment and Nano Flame Guard coating. Every glue line is treated against borer, termite and fungi, while the frames and battens receive preservative treatment for added protection throughout the core.
Each sheet is produced using the HEXAPRO process, HVRT resin technology and four-times pressing for consistent bonding and panel stability. Both-side calibration provides uniform thickness for accurate cutting, laminate pasting and architectural furniture, while the lifetime warranty supports premium residential, commercial and institutional projects.
